Delivery policy

Free Click & Collect

If you're local to us you can Click & Collect without a delivery charge - we're open 10 AM to 4 PM Tuesday to Saturday at our Ashby Store.

Free UK Delivery

All orders come with the option of free UK delivery, sent with Royal Mail on a 1st Class service. Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days.

Express UK Delivery

If you're in a hurry, choose express delivery for £6.95 and we'll send with Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1PM. Delivery usually takes 1 working day.

Orders received before 2 PM weekdays

We'll aim to despatch any order received before 2 PM on a weekday (excluding Bank Holidays) the same day subject to stock availability.

Orders received after the cutoff

We'll aim to despatch any order received after 2 PM on a weekday (or on Bank Holidays) or on the weekend the next working day subject to stock availability. Orders less than £75 will be sent with Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For at a cost of £6.95. Orders more than £75 will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1PM free-of-charge.

Signature Required

All orders will require a signature on delivery or proof of delivery, we'll request all items be returned to a customer service collection point for redelivery if there is no-one home to accept the delivery.

Cancelling an order before we despatch it

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we despatch it. Please see the Contact us page for our telephone number. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order.

If you cancel part of an order the postage and packaging charge is recalculated on the price of the goods you keep. For example, if your order is for £80 worth of goods and you then cancel a £15 item, your order total will drop below £75, and you will no longer qualify for FREE delivery.
